Yoga and movement retreat August 24 – 30, 2025
The 5-day retreat at the Huskyfarm Innset this summer offers you a unique opportunity to give yourself a break from your daily life. In the middle of the North-Norwegian wilderness, our Yoga coach Julian will help you connect with nature on a deep level. Surrounded by majestic mountains and vast, green valleys, you will experience an extraordinary summer adventure that addresses body, mind and soul in equal measure.
Each day begins with a gentle yoga practice that prepares you for the day, calms the mind and prepares the body for the activities ahead.
After the morning session, we serve you our famous breakfast. At our breakfast table, you will find a variety of homemade products together with freshly baked bread.
After breakfast, you are invited to join our morning stroll with the puppies. Later in the day, there will be a main yoga session in different locations depending on the weather. The yoga & movement classes, which take place amid nature, are accompanied by movement and mindfulness exercises to deepen your connection to yourself and feel the stillness of summer in the mountains. The untouched landscape serves as the perfect place for meditation and reflection.
At midday we will serve you lunch with products from our garden and a variety of local products.
In the evening, you can join the dog feeding before dinner is served in the evening. Dinner will be served in our restaurant. Take a look at the menu below.
The bright and long North-Norwegian summer evenings can be used in our small SPA, in a canoe on our nearby lake, cuddling the dogs in the yard or just on the terrace with a glass of wine.
During the retreat there will also be a guided hike in the surrounding mountains. Access to our SPA, use of canoes, bikes are included in the program.

With Julian Goldstein
I have been a yoga teacher for a decade, and in that time I have developed a deep connection to the practice and its transformative effect on the body, mind, and spirit. My journey as a teacher began with a deep enthusiasm for Eastern philosophy and perceptual practice that has shaped me over the years. This longstanding exploration of mindfulness, meditation, and movement has enriched my life in fundamental ways.
In my classes, I combine traditional techniques with a modern approach to guide both beginners and experienced yogis. I place particular emphasis on allowing each participant to unfold on their journey. I desire to create a space where people can experience themselves clearly in their environment, experience their body in its natural movement, and find their inner peace.
My practice is strongly influenced by Eastern traditions that focus on the importance of awareness and being in oneself. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience and supporting others on their personal development journey.
