Finally! After 200 days of work in 2024, our new restaurant has opened.
We can now serve our guests in our beautiful dining room. All dishes are freshly prepared in our professional kitchen.
For the first time, we can offer half board during your stay. A rich breakfast including the option to prepare a packed lunch, as well as dinner can be booked beforehand.
In summer, a terrace also invites you to enjoy a glass of wine in the midnight sun. There is also a barbecue area in front of the house, which can be used independently.

Fresh ingredients from our own garden

When Anne makes the first preparations in the greenhouse at the end of March, there is still a lot of snow outside. Growing vegetables here in the mountains above the Arctic Circle is an art that not everyone can master. We are proud that we can plant many different types of vegetables during the summer and harvest them just before winter sets in: Potatoes, cabbage, carrots, lettuce, the list is long. We get additional berries and mushrooms from the surrounding countryside. A lot is pickled and preserved for the winter.

Local meat and fish products

Most of the meat and fish products come either from our production or the immediate neighborhood. Be it from the pigs on the farm, lamb, and beef from the valley, elk meat from a hunter friend, or reindeer meat from the Sami. We also get our fish from local suppliers along the coast.

Small events
