Nature, Practice, and Rejuvenation at Huskyfarm Innset

Experience an unforgettable retreat amidst the Norwegian wilderness. Here, within a small, intimate group, you can consciously take time to recharge and reconnect with yourself, surrounded by impressive mountain landscapes and vast green valleys.

The retreat combines gentle yoga and movement sessions with guided hikes and quiet moments in nature. In the evenings, you will relax in our cozy wooden cabins, where we spoil you with lovingly prepared meals using ingredients grown right here on the farm. Shared meditations round off the day harmoniously and make you find your inner peace.

Retreat Itinerary

Note: Individual activities and times may be adjusted depending on weather conditions and group interests.

Day 1 – Arrival

• Pick-up of participants in Setermoen (if required)
• Arrival at the Huskyfarm
• Welcome dinner and get-together

Day 2 & Day 3 – Connecting with Self and Nature

07:00: Morning practice at the Huskyfarm (approx. 1 hour)
08:30: Breakfast
11:00: Guided hike to the practice location followed by a movement session amidst nature (total approx. 3–5 hours). Lunch will take place either at the farm or as a picnic en route, depending on the schedule.
17:00: Dinner
20:30: Evening practice (takes place every second day) (approx. 1 hours)

Day 4 – Day at Leisure

07:00: Morning practice
08:30: Breakfast
You are free to spend the rest of the day as you wish:
• Discover the surroundings on foot and enjoy the vastness of the landscape.
• Change your perspective and glide silently across the water by canoe or rowboat.
• Experience quiet moments in the small spa area and let your body and mind come to rest.
17:00: Dinner
20:30: Evening practice (every second day) (approx. 1 hours)

Day 5 & Day 6 – Deepening the Practice

07:00: Morning practice
08:30: Breakfast
11:00: Guided hike to the practice location followed by a movement session amidst nature (total approx. 3–5 hours). Lunch at the farm or en route.
17:00: Dinner
20:30: Evening practice (every second day) (approx. 1 hours)

Day 7 – Departure

07:00: Closing practice
08:30: Breakfast
Afterwards, we will transport all guests to Setermoen in time for their onward journey.

Note regarding Excursions & Meals

For all tours, there is the option to take a packed lunch with you. This allows us to undertake longer hikes of 3–5 hours on selected days and practice in particularly secluded, quiet places away from the farm. On the other days, we will enjoy lunch together in the farm restaurant.

“My name is Julian, and I have been teaching movement for around ten years. During this time, I have experienced how consciously engaging in movement can transform the body, mind, and spirit. An experience that is particularly intense here in the unspoiled nature around theHuskyfarm Innset.

I am especially inspired by Eastern philosophy and movement practices. My deep exploration of mindfulness, meditation, and natural movement has profoundly shaped my life in recent years. In the movement and mindfulness retreat, I combine this traditional knowledge with modern approaches to meet both beginners and advanced practitioners where they stand.

My goal is to create a space where you can clearly perceive yourself and your surroundings, feel your body in its natural movement, and find inner peace. I look forward to accompanying you on your personal growth journey here at the Huskyfarm.”
